Refund and Returns Policy

Our returns and refunds policy is simple: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at any stage in the process (up to 30 days from date of purchase), or in the unlikely case that the product arrives defective or damaged, you may return it for a full exchange or full refund.

Refunds

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, in mint condition. 

 

Customers must provide proof of purchase in order to claim a refund. This can include an email receipt or an order number from our website/application/checkout page.

 

Upon receiving and examining your returned item, we will process the full refund before we issue a confirmation email to you directly. Refunds will be processed promptly, but may take up to 10 business days to process after receipt of the returned item, depending on the method of payment used at time of purchase.

 

In the case of a return due to change of mind, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your product arrives defective or damaged, we will offer you a brand new replacement free of charge. 

 

In the case of a return due to a defective or damaged item, the return shipping fee will be refunded to the customer.
